Interviewer instructions

If the household has received the assistance for owning a physical asset (i.e. if the code in col. (6) is 1), a further enquiry is to be made to determine whether the said asset is still under the possession of the household on the date of survey. If the entire asset is under the possession of the household, the entry in col. (7) against that item will be 1. If, on the other hand, only part of the physical asset is possessed by the household on the date of survey, the relevant entry in col. (7) will be 2. The appropriate code in col. (7) will be (3),) when the asset is not in the possession of the household.
