Interviewer instructions

The value of assets acquired by way of purchase during the reference period will be recorded in col. (3). The purchase will include second hand purchase also. The purchase price will be recorded as the value of the asset in col. (3). If the item which is purchased during the reference period, the entry to be recorded in col. (5) will be the same as that in col. (3). Assets acquired by way of gift, donation etc. will be evaluated at the current market price prevailing in the locality and will be recorded in col. (4).
