If rain water during monsoon and / or water from sea, river etc. enters into the building premises i. e. into the ground froor of the building in normal years, the there is a flood risk for the building. To be so classified, water must have entered the grtound floor of the building at least once during the last 5 years. Information about flood risk will be recorded in cods.
