Interviewer instructions
This item will be filled-in for the disabled child who was either never enrolled in an ordinary school or was enrolled in an ordinary school but discontinued (i.e. for those with code 2 in col. 4 or in col. 5). If such a disabled child is ever enrolled in a special school, code 1 will be recorded and otherwise, code 2 will be recorded.
