The distance to the source of drinking water from the dwelling unit will be ascertained and recorded in codes.The source of drinking water mentioned here refers to the source recorded in item 1 of this block. If the source of drinking water is within the dwelling unit, code 1 will be recorded. When the source is outside the dwelling but within the building plot of the dwelling unit, code 2 will be recorded. In the other cases i.e., when the source is outside the premises, the distance of the source from the dwelling unit will be ascertained and appropriate distance code will be entered.
