The entry will be in 4-digit formation of which the leftmost 2 digits will indicate the month of the year and the rightmost 2 digits the year of completion. Thus, if the construction was completed in August 2000, the appropriate entry will be '0800' (08 will be under the cells with MM and 00 under YY).
