The code value 11 is not there in ASI2009-10 but available in 2008-09. It may be treated as Invalid or "NR". Similarly other codes

Similarly code 17,18,20 and 25 seems to be for extracted data from previous survey ie ASI 2008-09 (as in earlier survey but no document ior code is provided for this) and these may be accounted for Factories in operation. As such for Number of factories would be counted for Status of Factory code 1,2,17,18,20 and 25.

Therefore for all tabulation, these codes may be taken.
