The rent payable for the reference month on the hired assets by the enterprise will be recorded in this column. If no rent is payable for any asset put '0' in column (6) for that particular type of asset with appropriate remarks in block 12. If an enterprise is located in a rented house where the household resides as well, rent may be imputed on the basis of floor area occupied by the enterprise. For rent paid in kind, imputed value may be given. If the enterprise runs in one's own house, rent need not be imputed.
